"I have used David Rubin for my fine clothing needs since 2003.
I had worked with other clothiers in the past and found that what separates David
from the others is his refined, high-level ability to ask pointed questions. This ensures that the product I receive is thoroughly consistent with what I've conjured up in my minds' eye. David is not just a businessman, he is an artisan. I have referred clients to David and will continue to do so in the future.

Neckwear
Even the most expensive and elegant tie in the world will not
enhance your appearance unless it is worn correctly. Regardless
of the knot you tie, and once the knot is situated up into your
shirt collar, the tip of your tie should fall to the bottom of
your waistband. This not only gives you a crisp, neat
appearance, but also proper overall proportion.
After a long day of hanging around your neck, these steps will
help ensure that your tie will look just as good the next time
you wear it.
- Untie, as opposed to “sliding” the knot. Sliding
stretches both the shell and interlining out of shape.
- After that, take each end of your tie and give a gentle
tug. This will help the fabric(s) regain their shape.
- Hang your tie in half over its dowel on the tie rack, or
over your slacks on the hanger bar. Just like your other
clothing, let gravity, and its affect on natural fibers, go
to work overnight.
All Suited To You neckwear is made of the finest 100% silk
and wool/cotton interlinings. There is a selection that will
perfectly complement your new custom clothing, spruce up
your existing wardrobe, or make a great gift.
